Privacy Policy

We collect nothing. Our games do not collect, transmit or
share any personal data. Factor Gems is built without the Android
INTERNET permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere — that
is a property of the build, not a promise about our intentions.
What is stored on your device
Your progress — levels completed, stars, best scores, the puzzle you are part way through, your collection, and your settings such as language, sound and accessibility options — is saved on your own device only. It is never uploaded, and we never see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we do not use
- No user accounts and no sign-in
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers
- No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting
- No chat, social features or user-to-user communication
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access
- No third-party SDKs that collect data
Purchases
Our games are paid apps. Payment is handled entirely by the app store you bought from — Google Play or the Apple App Store — under that store's own privacy policy. We never see your payment details, and the app itself contains no purchase or billing code.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages and collect no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing for a parent to review, correct or delete.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection over personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to give you or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to us at the address below and we will answer.
The data controller is BioSyn Consulting Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your own national supervisory authority in the EU.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from third parties. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify or profile anyone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. If a future game ever needs to collect anything, that will be stated here plainly and before the game ships — not quietly added afterwards.
