How our games are sold
Our games are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores take your payment, issue your receipt and handle refunds under their own terms; in most countries they sell to you as the merchant of record. We do not process payments ourselves and never see your card details.
Consumer rights and refunds
Refund requests go to the store you bought from — they hold the transaction. Both stores provide a refund form in your purchase history. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or the EU are not affected by anything on this page. If a store refuses a refund and you believe that is wrong, write to us and we will look at it.
Complaints
Write to support@myrioragames.com and we will reply. We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
